Beware....the care is not suitable for any human being. The food now is disgusting and poorly planned. If you get a beverage with your meal you are lucky. Most times the staff gets annoyed if you ask for anything to drink and say they're too busy. If your loved one is taken to the bathroom in under 30 minutes you are very lucky. They don't care how old the resident is they just say you need to be patient.
The rehab center is separate from the assisted living staff and the various other cares. The support staff was very courteous and attentive to her needs even though she was very difficult to deal with while she was there. The only thing that I have found is that it has been difficulty getting a hold of her. My mother is not able to answer the phone on her own, so it’s always having to contact the staff member and then having the staff member complete the call for her.

I could barely turn around and there was another therapist there, and they really made you work, which is what you’re supposed to do. So I had a little time to do other things than eat and sleep and then went home on time as scheduled. I got excellent care from the therapist but I wasn’t crazy about the nursing assistants.
